Primer Spray Paint

Hello,
I am going to be doing some serious body work this winter on a Audi I
picked up. Anyway, the car will be parked in the coveted garage all
winter while I work on the body. What I need to know is what kind of
primer should I get my hands on. I need something I can pickup local,
to expensive to get via UPS.
I heard that an etching primer for bare metal, and a sandable/filler
primer for sanded, etc, areas, and that it should be high in "Zinc?" to
help stop the rust from coming back. I would like to get the right type
of primer to minimize the onset of rust again on areas that I have
worked on. Nothing worse then grinding the all the rust off, only to
have it come creeping back.
Anybody have any suggestions? I live in Minneapolis (MN), so if you
could name off what store you think you found the stuff at, I can
probably find that store here.
When I am done, I will take it to a professional body shop and let them
do the painitng, since it is to expensive of a buy in. And I will check
with the painter on the type of primer I am using to make sure that it
is ok with the type of paint he/she will be applying.
Thanks Everyone,
