spontaneous unsubscription???

Hi All,

I've been unsubscribed from the list several times in the last 6 months
involuntarily;  how do I tell?  I don't get 2 or 3 digests every day for a
few days.  I tried to identify the problem on 9.28.03 and tried to confirm
my subscription as the web site's instructions prescribe.  However, I
couldn't do it positively, and I was denied access to the subscriber's list
indicating such.

If this happens to you, simply subscribe again.  It's a pita but it restores
your subscription.

Why does this happen to me?  There was a hint in the web site's FAQ's.
Apparently my ISP, Comcast.net, has problems occasionally with its email
server(s) and refuses mail.  The quattro list unsubscribes listers whose
email bounces....

BTW, this is a little like "Keyboard Failure, Press F1 to Proceed".  It's
hard to deal with what doesn't happen.
