Audi quattro GT?

There was a Coupe quattro. it was basically a Coupe GT with quattro. No turbo, no fender flares. And on it's rear, it just says quattro, jsut like a Urq. Per (a list member) has one. Gorgeous car that jsut begs for a 10VT swap...

A friend of mine spotted something unusual:
A slim-body (CGT and Coupe quattro-style) Audi, which he claims had the
text "quattro GT" engraved in the usual place in the passenger-side
dashboard.

He is not 100% sure about this, but as an Coupe quattro-owner he should
know...

Is there anything called "quattro GT"? The car was spotted in Norway,
maybe it is some special edition or something?
Maybe he is wrong? Or maybe this is something home-made?
