Indeed, the timing was way off and finding those
timing reference marks were next to impossible.

But Cody was amazing with all his little gadgets!!

He actually got the car to start in about 50 minutes,
he's being modest on the time estimate.

Anyway, we're expected to get a new timing reference
sensor on Monday, at which time we'll take the car for
a spin.

It was very nice to hear that engine start, which it
did at the first crank, despite the car sitting for a
few months at the used car lot where I bought it, plus
another month at home.
