'89 90 headliner / sunroof

The fabric on the interior of my sunroof is beginning to let go from the
fiberboard (?) backing.  What is the easiest way to get to this fiberboard?
The sunroof isn't leaking or giving any other problems, so I'm a little
leery about trying to take the sunroof out thru the roof, plus I'd have to
figure out how to disassemble the beast.  What do I have to do to drop the
headliner?  I think I can get to everything if the headliner was out of the
way.
On a different note, where is the best place to get an intake boot (from
the fuel distributor to the TB)?
