I think your formula is accurate to achieve 90 octane.
(92*5)+(87*5)/10 = 89.5

Ever considered using pure toluene as an additive?
If bought in bulk it can be had for about $3/gallon.
It is 114 octane.  It has been advised not to go over
30% or so.
