Happened to me, too.

In 1957, according to the NY State MVB, I got a speeding ticket in 
Rochester, New York.


Except in 1957, I was 11 years old, and from the day I was born to this 
very day have never been in Rochester, New York anyway.


No particular desire to, either - sounds like they might be waiting for me 
at the border . . .
