Couple of body repair questions

I'm sorry if these are dumb questions, but please bear with me.

Can someone please tell me if the trim pieces near the waistline of the B3
coupe can be easily removed?  I've got some minor repair and paint work to
accomplish, just above the trim piece.  If possible, I'd like to avoid the
cost of replacing and painting the trim piece.  Any hints on R & R?

For the life of me I can't find a part number in FA for these pieces.  The
one that I may need to replace is the one on the driver's rear quarter, if
someone can point me to a group and part number in FA, thanks!

Also, I'm got one nick on the rear bumper cover that I'll need to have
painted.  Does the cover on the coupe require the addition of a flex agent
to the paint, as did the bumpers on the 4000?
