is it me.. or does the battery in the pic of your car [2nd pic down] say 
"NEVERSTART" ?!?

that CANT be real, can it? or did you photoshop it for comedic effect?  =)

When I did my 90Q a year or two ago, it wasn't pretty, but I simply kept
wrecking at it until there no longer an old crank seal in existence.  In
other worse, after the "tricks" failed, I just kept doing nasty things
to it until its little spring thing was tortured out.
