Cleaning coolant overflow tank

I tried that and bleach some time back, and although I may have removed 
some of the "crud," most of it appears to be discoloration of the 
plastic itself.  IE, it will never look pretty.

New ones are about $30-40, as I recall, at the parts connection, and are 
right purdy...
