Brendan,
I purchased a set of reproductions of the larger door rings from Mike 
Sylvester.  Mike advertised on the marketplace.  These are on Scotchcal 220 film, 
fade from dark to light using a varying dot density, and they look like the worn 
stock decals that I replaced on my 4kq.

The dimensions of the larger door ring decal are:
6.75"(171mm) high x 19"(483mm) long
