Family Album and unethical member

I know this was probably discussed before, but I just wanted to share my poor 
first-hand experience with a certain member who offered the Family Album at a 
price.

I sent him $15 (call me a sucker), as we agreed, and never received the item. 
 Now he does not respond to any of my e-mails asking him to follow through on 
his promise or to refund my money.

This guy is named Pedro and used the e-mail account quattrocs at hotmail.com   
    
I wouldn't have minded paying someone a few bucks for the trouble of making a 
CD and mailing it to me.  But this is a pure rip-off.  So be aware of this 
guy.

And I am still in need of a copy of this Family Album.
