80q running rrruogh

I've got a 80q that is running really bad and I thought that maybe with the
infinite wisdom of this group I might get this resolved.

First off, the car had been sitting for quite some time until recently when
the timing belt (plus the goodies), and lifters were replaced. At the same
time the head was off and new seals, etc. done.

As it stands right now there is a rough idle and upon acceleration there is
sputter and the feel off not hitting on all 5 until you get to 3500-4000
then it opens wide up. Totally trash though at lower rpm.

My thoughts are bad injector (bad fuel) and just run the heck out of it with
additives and hope for the best or possible vac leak. I sprayed carb cleaner
around and got no reaction from the idle though.

The crankcase vent tube is collapsed and could this be the major
contributor?
