Aaron,
It >appears<  "Biggesthog" is affiliated with the parts supplier named
Shokan.  Although Shokan is in New York and the ebay auction said location
of wheels is Georgia.  The reason I think this affiliation exists is
because Biggesthog's reply states the location as "Shokan".

Over the years there have been consistently negative reports on the Q-list
re: Shokan ... check the archives.

 I would never buy anything from Shokan, so thanks for letting us know
about their eBay identity.
