10v big valve conversion

Hi, may have a spare engine headed my way.
So...
Wanan do a big valve conversion and raise the cr...
Eventually it will be going in my 90q, running megasquirt and spark,
schrick272, 5-3-1 manifold and 2.5" manifold back.
Also may consider ceramic coating the combustion area.
So, what is a sensible cr (thinking 10.5-10.8 ish).
And what valves are used for the big valve conversion?
