I've got an AST stamping on one, with "BMW".  My years of experience 
tell me that's probably not the right adapter :).  The other one has 
nothing stamped on it at all.  The third, upon closer examination, 
seems to be a cap tester for the caps on the 944 reservoir, which 
makes sense, since it came from a Porsche mechanic :-)

Oh well. Doesn't autozone loan/rent stuff?  I wonder if they have it...
