I have spoken with the seller, as the car is also listed on
collectorcartraderonline.com, and has been for about 3 weeks.  He is a
dealer, and "swaps" cars with the NY dealer that has it listed on CCTonline.
The car is in Connecticut, and he believes it was blue at one point, since
the engine bay is blue.
I wondered why a low mileage car would have been painted, but lost interest
when I found that out that it had been.

He also says there is surface rust underneath, but I can't imagine too many
of these cars that don't have it that have spent much time up North.
