Do you know, ff hand, if the CGT and sedan regulators are the same?
I find the following P/Ns in ETKA for the CGT, but can't find them for the
sedans.
Audi CGT Window Regulators

855 837 397 (& 398) A  (>> 85-E-090 679)
855 837 397 (& 398) B  (85-E-090 680 >>)

No, tyhey are not the same. The glass on the CGT is much more curved, hence the track on the regulators is much mroe curved. There are aftermarket worm-gear type regualtors for botht he sedan and CGT. IIRC, I got mine from Blau before I knew any better...
