quattro Digest, Vol 10, Issue 21- brake bomb needed/ignition lock photo needed

Russ posted awhile ago that he hasn't the time to 
recharge bombs for awhile. He said that he may
be back at it later, but he'd post if he did. So for
the moment, no go with recharging....
