Have you done the "bomb" test? That is, run engine till you get good
brakes, turn off engine, pump the pedal until it gets hard and count the
number of pumps. 0-5 or so is a dead bomb. 5-10 is barely functional 10
and above is acceptable. A good bomb gives 25-30 pumps before the pedal
gets hard.
If you've got a functional bomb, you probably have a failing pump.
