My $0.02:

It would be very, very risky from a liability
standpoint to offer service to the public at large
(i.e. the list) such as "recharging" old brake
boosters.

This is not a comment on anyone's ability...but rather
the society we live in.

I'm an alright weekend wrench myself, but I won't work
