fuel pressure

I thought they were supposed to open at about 50 psi?

Your air plate is lifting properly, right?  (no air leaks, etc)

Maybe your control pressure regulator (warm up reg) is not working right?

Unless it turns out to be something obvious, I don't think there is a 
way to trouble shoot this without a set of fuel pressure gauges and 
adapters.
