I agree, and would add another point... maybe he is planning on driving 
it around a lot, but if he isn't, just getting it to him will add 5% or 
so to the miles on it.  And what if it gets scratched?!?  It looks like 
a beautiful museum piece...

to further agree with what cobram is saying, with that few miles, it 
probably has had very little "old car" service, and every piece of 
rubber around the engine and in the suspension is probably ready to fall 
apart.

Although, I will volunteer to fly over there and drive it up for you if 
we've made you nervous!
