80Q trans & diff fluids

Due to a shredded 3rd gear, I will soon be replacing the 5
speed trans in my '88 80Q with another used unit, and before
installing it, I of course should change the fluids.  I was
just wondering what is recommended in this unit, both by the
factory, and what my fellow audifans have had good luck
with.
Oh, and if you know of any good online sources for R&I
procedures, I'd appreciate the link for that, too.  Thanks.
