Looks like the signs over the road are in cyrillic, and I could make out 
Riga. Perhaps some of you who are from that part of the world can correct 
me, but I think this reckless driving behavior could be more typical for 
those locations where being able to have fast cars is a novelty, and some 
people just want to show it off any way they can.

I am not saying this would not happen in Western Europe, and in Germany you 
can definitely see some very fast cars on the Autobahn, but they stay in 
the fast lane, and not dodging other vehicles, which is no question an 
accident waiting to happen. In my mind it's not even a question of "if" 
it's a question of "when" and how bad.
