Timing belt tensioner & spark plug question

You'll be using the water pump to tension the timing belt. It's simple. In
fact, you could probably replace both the water pump and the timing belt
yourself without too much of a hassle. Like on a Saturday. I've never done
the lifters, so can't help with that.
