Try a pet store.  I remember years ago.... Oh!  yes... products with 
names like "skunk-away" which were all based around some modern 
chemistry that was able to break down odor-causing molecules.  It found 
its way into some grocery-store type air fresheners, too - the only way 
to identify them is they are the ones that don't offer a "masking" scent.

As far as mold, first you have to kill it.  Bleach works well.  But 
ruins averything else...
