cheap cam upgrade for 86 4000Q?

I seem to recall some members mentioned the use of a cam from a 2.2 turbo  or 
2.3 non-turbo in the 2.2 non-turbo as an upgrade.
 
I plan to do a timing belt on my 86 4000Q pretty soon, and figure while I'm  
at it....
 
Any BTDT's on whether this is a worthwhile upgrade?  If so, from which  
car(s) should I take the cam?
 
Keep in mind, I am not goign to run it as a turbo, but just would like a  
little extra HP (if there is any to be had).
