I'd put money on it being one of these:
N 020 609 3 - D1 8x15 clip. It's the clip that holds the cold start
injector pipe to the top of the inlet manifold and is also used on WX
engines to hold the metal part of the CO test pipe.
Doubt that it's over expensive - worth ordering one on the off-chance I'd
say.
