It's an abortion.  Water-cooled turbo bearing plumbed in with bathroom 
fittings.  Temperature sender under hydraulic pump with no connector for it 
in loom.  "Grauguß"  hydraulic pump in boot - not ZF and dated 10/90, 
supposed to have come off this engine before it was fitted.     Nowhere to 
plug knock sensor.  Really odd fitting bolted to front of sump and traces 
of an aircon fitting bracket on the side of the block.  It looks like an 
MC-1 or MB block married to a KG or WR head.  Engine number is gouged out. 
Quite incredible object serving as right engine mount.  Exhaust manifold 
welded.  Scorpion centre pipe with stock Audi back box.  No CV joint 
heatshield.  No gearbox mount heatshield.  I could go on, but you get the 
picture.
