Audi offered three "atmospheres" interior choices for the 1998-2000
model years on the A4 and A6 models, and these are called "Advance",
"Ambition" and "Ambiente". Each of these consisted of a certain
combination of seat materials/colors and upper/lower dashboard color
and dashboard/doorpanel trim selections based on the exterior color.

It's too numerous to list them all, but in the 1998 Advance interiors,
if the exterior paint color is Pearl white pearlescent, Hibiscous red mica,
Melange metallic, Cactus green mica, or Casablanca white, the Terra cotta
seat color is available along with aluminum dash/door trim (1.8T) or
burled walnut trim (2.8).

The wood trim is not fake. All Audis since 1990 with wood trims are
genuine wood (albeit very thin veneer bonded to splinter-safe backing).
