I'd take it back to the guy you paid to do the job and have him redo it
with a new belt and proper sealing of the bolts. If you look at the front
of the engine with the cover off you can determine where the oil pump
housing extends to. I put sealant on any of the bolts that pass
into/through that housing. That includes the idler bolt.
