I think both of those sources are still providing ECU chips including 
a new wastegate spring.  

I've still got some "low cost almost as good" wastegate springs
that will provide 1.7 Bar pressure without modifying the ECU chips.

I'll send you a wastegate spring and instructions on how to bypass
the ECU overboost protection for $35.  These are the same spec springs
I developed in about 1994 when I had a '86 5kCSTQ.  Send me an email
with your mailing address and ask for one.
