Rear window replacement help - '89 200

Thanks to all that had info on my rear windsheild.
I got a used window down in Denver for $85 off of http://www.uneedapart.com
from BUDGET IMPORT AUTO PARTS in Englewood.
I paid for the window Wed. and had the GFs brother pick it up for me. They said they would have it pulled but they didnt. He had to wait 2 hours on Sat. 

I plan to install it today and have a few questions. 
I got the urathane strip from autozone to seal it. Right stuff?
What about preping the window and frame?
What chems to use, how clean?

Plan to turn on the heater in the garage and get it up to 70-80 before I do it to make sure it get a good seal.

Any BTDTs?
