Fuel line work around needed (SJ)

I just had the pleasure (???) of replacing the fuel tank in my 1986 5KTQA.
There are two tie-wraps that mount to studs on the right side of the tank.
Only one can be reached with any ease. The other can be reinstalled after
you've ripped the lines free from it. There's also the ball of
rust.....err, I mean the accumulator to worry about. If the lines are as
corroded as they were on mine, it's best to loosen the clamp holding the
accumulator in place and rotate it away from its mounting. That will allow
you to lower the tank from the four studs holding it into the floor. When
you're tugging and wondering why the tank won't come any lower, you might
consider removing the filler neck assembly from the rear ¼ panel. It
extends into the tank roughly 18" and can make lowering it a real chore.
It's easy enough to reinstall after you get the tank back in.
Good luck,
Mark

It's a 200qa - I probably mis-quoted. Maybe he said "loosen the tank and
lower it as far as it will go".
He also mentioned the wire-tie/clip but as I remember, he indicated that
that one can reach it , but not see it.
The only explantation I have as to why things might no come apart is
clearances where the line snakes its way out, but I have no BTDT.
