air regulator can do a fuel regulator ?

Well guys ,,, as you can see i m in trouble with my 100Q now.(the bigest problem is I m with my daughter and wife and cost money to stay here...:-(   )

Is it possible to plug an air regulator  ?(probably not, cause no return line;the extra air goes everywhere .no fitting to tap it) 

I would use a SAAB 99 adj fuel regulator but its impossible to get used one or a new one around here......
