Denis:

Sounds like you covered all your bases so far, and like others I am grasping at straws.  A couple of things:

1)  Did this happen gradually, or just >wham< and it won't start?  Could this be related to the brutally cold temps that you guys have been getting in Canada the last week or so?  Is there a possibility of moving the car indoors (I am assuming it is outside) to see if warming it up will help?

2.) Could you have gotten some contaminated gas on the last fill up?  If so, maybe the fuel distributor is iced up from water in the gas?

Like I said, I am grasping at straws, but having been stranded myself before a holiday, I want to help out as best I can.
