Forget the Illtis- I'll take a Defender 90 any day, though I doubt 
the German army had any of those :-)

I have yet to figure out how Land Rover justifies charging well over 
$50kUSD for a...farm truck.  I don't know what they go for in the UK, 
but it can't be anything near that...

The cheapest I've ever seen used for a 90 is about $18k for a 10 year 
old model, and they're always in poor shape.  There's a Boston dealer 
that advertises ones with structural rust for $40k.  Phhhhbbt.
