Driveshaft noise?

Thanks Steve. It definitely sounds like it's the center support bearing that's going, since that's where the noise is localized (not at either end of the driveshaft) and
it's definitely more of a scraping/grinding (like a bad bearing) than a clunking (which I would think would indicate a bad u-joint). I found the bearing on Blau's site
and it's around $100.
Is the BMW bearing listed under #1 on Huw's page here:

a direct replacement, requiring no modification? If so I might spring for that.
