I thought the fuse in the FPR forced the fuel pump to run continuously, 
disabling the "only when running" safety feature.  Since Denis thought
he wasn't getting enough fuel, I thought forcing the fuel pump to run
might provide full fuel pressure during the starting process.  

That's what I thought.  How wrong am I?  :)
