I'm calling the DPR a FPR. same thing (mine was black)
Two flat blade scrws holding it on
Two terminal connector.................

That will tell you if the Differential pressure
regulator (DPR) is working I think its Grey in color
with a 2 pin connector on front right side of fuel
dist.
FPR:  Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Mine on the CIS 4000Q 5 cyl was a major problem.
I had to reoplace it from a junk yard parts car.

Use a volt meter to test it across its two terminals.
A fixed value is what for looking for like 1000 ohmss or 640 ohms.........etc.
