88 5KTQ Fuel pressure issue

So, after checking for power to the fuel pump, while the filter is out, 
carefully activate the fuel pump and see if fuel comes pumping out of 
the supply line.  I'd recommend a hose-into-container setup to reduce 
the messiness.

This is best done outside, for safety reasons.
