Timing belt align to rotor problem.

Why is the belt constantly jumping teeth?  Is the tension pulley bad or is 
it the wrong belt?  Later engines have what's called a super torque belt 
and its not interchangeable with the earlier belt (the one with square 
teeth).  Crank pulley and water pump and cam have different shape to match.
