Good CIS Reading

This helps unravel some of the mystery of the CIS box and the CIS-E
system. I would imagine that the purpose or having one metering slit for
each injector (rather than a rail) is to prevent tolerance between
injectors from making the other cylinders any richer and to facilitate the
valves in the injector tips that shut off fuel and keep the system primed.
