You're not going to be pulling any I5 motors off their mounts w/o forced
induction, I'll assure you of that. The motor Chris used was supplied by Eurospec
Sport, it was a short deck (IOW same deck height as the 2.2) block with
95.5mm crank, cast pistons and a "custom length" rod, supplied complete.
How would you suggest opening up the intake on a CIS-3 car? - I'd like to
hear your thoughts, this is assuming the air flow meter isn't going anywhere.

can I make the assumption the 2.6 is a stroker built from a VW vanagon crank
and rods (2.5l i5 right?) and NG pistons?
as an after thought, i would venture a guess the the rich mix at high rpm's
would be reduced somewhat with a more open intake... just a thought for the
next one.
