anyone have an extra rear caliper e-brake spring ??

e brake handle was getting a little loose over the past few weeks, and i finnally looked at it tonight, and there is no spring on it, looked at the other side, that i just replaced about 3 months ago ,and it had one, i looked at the old one i took off ( still in the core box ) and it did not have one too. im an independant audi tech, and i have never noticed a car not having return springs, is this common ?? or maybe someone took en off ?? or they rusted off ?? i dont know, but if anyone has an extra, please let me know !! or if anyone knows where you can buy em !! please respond off list, i have been away for a while now !!
