Yes, that is an "easy" test.  The time vs. temp graph should be in the 
manual.

There is also a good chance that this car has a "hot start pulse relay," 
which was added to pulse the CSV during hot starts for some enrichment 
that it wouldn't get from the "heated up" CSV thermoswitch or warm up 
regulator.  I *think* they were orange, and hidden somewhere in the 
glovebox area.  If that failed in either direction, it might be a problem.
