Type 85 Aluminum Radiator

I got a quote for a custom aluminum radiator for my 4ktq.  Sadly it is 
out of my price range, but I thought I would pass it along to the list.

Supplier is AFCO Cooling Products
All aluminum construction
Same basic size as stock unit with same outlets.
Two 1" cores for a total thickness of 2.25"
Tank thickness 3"
Price = $459
Delivery 3 to 4 weeks


Along this thread does anyone know where I could find aluminum radiator 
cores with which I could make my own?  I can weld aluminum and I am big 
on sweat equity.
