exactly the opposite in fact.
normal *open* diff is a 50:50 split.  all the time.  lock
the diff and as doug has said then torque will go to to
whichever wheel can support it.  up to 100%.
there are ways of altering the static torque split of an
*open* differential, but they were not used in any
production audi.
