>From talking to the tech just now (my wife brought the
car in, but only had the oil change done), the diagnosis was
done entirely by noting an oil leak; no pressure test was
done. He said no codes were generated, but I don't know if
low oil pressure would generate an OBD code (doubtful since
it's predominently emissions-related).
Sounds like I need to do what I assumed (incorrectly) they
had done given the symptoms - test the pressure or replace
the $3.00 sensor and see if that fixes it.  Would have been
very easy for them, a PITA for me...
